1. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Nurse Agnes Ltd.
“Client”, “You” refers to the person(s) using the services provided by Nurse Agnes Ltd.
“Services” means the nursing, wellness, and health services provided by Nurse Agnes Ltd, including consultations, treatments, and related offerings.
2. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Nurse Agnes Ltd. By booking an appointment or using any services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of services. These terms are binding and form a legal contract between Nurse Agnes Ltd and the client.
3. BOOKED APPOINTMENTS
Clients are expected to arrive on time for all booked appointments. If you are late by more than 15 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your session without refund. All first-time clients must arrive 10 minutes early for pre-treatment assessments, including filling out necessary medical and consent forms.
Changes to Appointments: Any amendments to the appointment must be made in writing (via email or text) and will only be confirmed once acknowledged by Nurse Agnes Ltd.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the service fee. This includes no-shows and last-minute reschedules.
Non-Refundable Fees: Any deposits made for securing appointments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations outside of the 24-hour window.
5. CALLOUT FEES AND PAYMENT
A non-refundable callout fee of £50 is required to confirm all appointments. This fee is deducted from the final treatment cost provided that the minimum treatment cost is met. Clients are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available for treatment at the time of the appointment.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Payment must be made in full immediately upon the completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. AGE RESTRICTIONS
You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services. We reserve the right to verify the age of any client before providing services.
7. BOOKINGS AND CONFIRMATIONS
Appointments must be made via phone, text, or email, and will only be confirmed upon receipt of the callout fee. No service will be provided without confirmation of booking.
8. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF SERVICE
Nurse Agnes Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time, without notice, in cases where the client fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or when there is a risk to staff safety.
Grounds for Termination: Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, abusive behaviour, failure to pay, providing false medical information, or non-compliance with safety protocols.
9. PRICING AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Prices for services are subject to change without notice. Promotions and discounts are offered at the sole discretion of Nurse Agnes Ltd and are non-transferable. Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
10. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Nurse Agnes Ltd provides wellness and healthcare services based on professional judgment and best practices. However, these services do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by a licensed medical practitioner.
Client Responsibilities: Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications, and allergies prior to the commencement of any treatment. Failure to provide accurate and full information may result in adverse outcomes, for which Nurse Agnes Ltd accepts no liability.
11. DATA PROTECTION AND GDPR COMPLIANCE
Nurse Agnes Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that all personal data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data Usage: Personal information will be used strictly for the purpose of providing services and maintaining client records. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent unless required by law.
12. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
In the event of a medical emergency during a session, Nurse Agnes Ltd staff are trained to take the appropriate action, including contacting emergency services. Clients are required to notify staff of any medical conditions that may increase the risk of adverse reactions during treatment.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nurse Agnes Ltd is not liable for any injuries, adverse effects, or health complications that arise from treatments provided, except where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Maximum Liability: In no case shall Nurse Agnes Ltd’s liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the treatment in question. We do not accept liability for any indirect, special, or consequential losses.
14. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS
Clients are expected to provide accurate medical history and information during consultations. Failure to do so may result in substandard or unsafe treatment outcomes.
Duty of Disclosure: Clients must notify the provider of any changes to their medical status before each session, including any new medications or treatments they are receiving.
15. INDEMNITY
By accepting these terms, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Nurse Agnes Ltd, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from the client’s failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
16. WEBSITE USE
The use of our website is governed by these terms. We reserve the right to modify or remove any part of the website without prior notice.
Intellectual Property: All content on the website, including logos, images, and text, is the intellectual property of Nurse Agnes Ltd. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
18. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Nurse Agnes Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in advance, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
19. FORCE MAJEURE
Nurse Agnes Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms where such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or strikes.
20. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the terms shall remain in full force and effect.

22. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Nurse Agnes Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason, including but not limited to abusive or aggressive behaviour, failure to comply with our terms, or failure to pay for services rendered.
